Job summary

SCA Health is seeking an Associate Director, People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence to partner with HR and leaders across the organization. This role translates workforce data into strategic insights, supports talent decisions, and advances self-service analytics capabilities to shift from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in People Analytics, strong BI skills, and a track record of influencing senior leaders.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or related analytics function.
Ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable executive insights.
Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders on workforce, talent, and business decisions.
Strong analytical, storytelling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visier, or Workday Prism.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics advisor to HR leaders, providing insights on workforce trends and opportunities.
Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into strategies supporting talent and business objectives.
Deliver executive-ready analyses, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
Lead workforce planning, forecasting, and predictive analytics to inform talent decisions.
Develop HR analytics dashboards and self-service reporting tools to drive adoption.
