Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a discipline related to the Business Careers and Training Division.
• Three years of administrative leadership experience.
• Five years of teaching and administrative experience in community college/university settings.
• Familiarity with workforce and continuing education development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and direct instructional and administrative activities for the program areas.
• Ensure curriculum and programs comply with SCC and NCCCS standards and review performance data for improvements.
• Provide leadership for curriculum development, assessment, and program evaluation.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, budgets, and faculty development.
• Promote professional credentialing and partnerships with industry and community.
• Coordinate advisory committees and outreach to recruit and retain students.

Education

Master’s degree from regionally accredited institution relevant to Business Careers & Training
