Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, distribution and inventory control.
• 2-3 years in warehouse/last-mile distribution with 3PL.
• Proven ability to lead and develop delivery teams and monitor KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee home delivery operations and contracted partners.
• Monitor fulfillment, transportation, receiving and quality checks.
• Ensure safety and OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Lead KPI reporting and performance reviews.
• Coordinate staff development and client-focused service.
