Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year customer service experience preferred.
• Routing, dispatch, and warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with delivery teams, clients, and customers to address and resolve issues.
• Update customer portals and internal systems in a timely manner.
• Promptly schedule deliveries per client SOPs.
• Route outbound trucks focusing on service and efficiency.
• Complete shipment statuses and collect PODs, communicating extra charges.
• Maintain bills of lading, labels, manifests, and load plans.
• Inform stakeholders of schedule changes and implement solutions.
• Verify merchandise against sales receipts and documents.
• Resolve customer service issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
