You will lead programming, classes, and events, build strong member relationships, and ensure high-quality service. The role emphasizes operational excellence and revenue-minded decision-making within a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations in corporate or luxury environments.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
• Experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume environments.
• Experience driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fitness, health, and wellness amenities and partner with experience team.
• Build relationships with fitness members and building employees.
• Support and execute wellness programming to elevate the workplace experience.
• Lead day-to-day operations: programming, classes, events, and budgeting.
• Coordinate instructors and payroll related to contract staff.
• Schedule classes, track attendance, and monitor KPIs.
