Job summary

Esplanade is seeking a Wellness Program Manager to oversee all fitness and wellness amenities and to partner with the experience team to elevate the workplace wellness experience. You will engage with members and building staff to deliver programs that meet strategic goals.

You will lead and coach fitness staff, manage programming, and ensure services are safe, engaging, and aligned with member needs while driving revenue and occupancy of the facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations in a corporate or luxury environment.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is required.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, efficiency, and member satisfaction using data and staffing models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fitness, health, and wellness amenities and partner with the experience team.
• Build relationships with fitness members and building employees to elevate the workplace wellness program.
• Schedule classes, supervise trainers, track KPIs, and manage budget and inventory.
