Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Head of Website to own the product vision, roadmap, and full conversion funnel across 8 European markets. You will build and lead a 7+ person Website PM team under the guidance of the VP Marketing, driving measurable growth and a user-centric experience with AI-enabled capabilities.

You’ll collaborate across Web Engineering, Design, Organic Growth, Paid, PMM, Content, Legal and local market teams to create seamless, high-performing journeys.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the website product across 8 markets
• Own conversion performance, funnel health, and user experience end-to-end
• Design journeys that convert and evolve towards AI-assisted interfaces
• Design operating model and squad structure for 7+ PMs and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with paid, organic, CRM to design end-to-end journeys
• Coach and develop Website PMs, raise quality and outcomes
