Job summary

Atticus is seeking a Head of Web and Organic Growth to own the digital front door, including the homepage, landing pages, blog, and lead magnets. You will drive strategy to bring prospective clients to Atticus.com from organic and AI search, shaping content briefs and SEO requirements with the editorial team.

You’ll partner with Growth Marketing and Product to evolve our site for vertical audiences and maximize conversions.

Qualifications

6–9 years in digital marketing with at least 3 years leading a website P&L or equivalent.
Demonstrated wins in SEO and content-led growth, ideally in a long consideration cycle business.
Strong conversion chops with data-backed opinions on vertical landing pages.

Responsibilities

Own the digital front door including homepage, landing pages, blog and lead-magnets.
Set strategy to bring clients from organic and AI search to Atticus.com.
Write briefs shaping blog content and SEO requirements with editorial teams.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product to improve core site experiences.
