Job summary

QXO is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical to own the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce features. You will work with engineering, UX, and applied science teams to deliver customer-centric experiences that power growth, including autonomous agents and ML-driven improvements across the end-to-end digital commerce platform.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Technical Product Management experience.
• 3 years taking technical products from conception through engineering design to launch and scale.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with build vs. buy decisions and vendor partnerships.
• Ability to plan roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and features.
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and business impact for eCommerce experiences.
• Own features and services from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and business to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive prioritization and roadmap of platform capabilities including account services, order lifecycle, content catalog, and personalization infrastructure.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements for high-performance, resilient systems.
• Leverage experimentation and data to define success metrics and uncover trends.
