Job summary

Aquent is seeking a hands-on digital leader to own online revenue strategy and growth across major e-commerce platforms. You will shape modern digital visibility and set KPIs to measure success while mentoring the growth team.

In this role you will collaborate with brand teams to scale revenue, optimize content for AI-ready SEO/AEO, and drive budget decisions that accelerate market penetration and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital brand mgmt.
• Proven ability to scale revenue on Amazon and other retail channels.
• Experience managing agency partners and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead omni-channel growth on Amazon and Walmart Connect to hit revenue targets.
• Manage 1–2 external agency partners with clear metrics and accountability.
• Direct 2 agencies on content to optimize SEO/AEO and AI readiness.
• Create analytics dashboards tracking KPIs like traffic and revenue for leadership.
• Oversee budgets across growth channels and maximize impact.
• Mentor the E-Commerce Manager and plan team expansion.
