Job summary

Civil Science is seeking a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader in Utah who will establish and lead our firmwide water infrastructure practice across multiple offices. You will mentor engineers and project managers, shape strategy, and drive growth while delivering critical water projects for communities in the region.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, client development, and cross-office collaboration, with opportunities to influence firm direction and advance an ESOP-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and PE license are required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in water infrastructure engineering and project management.
• Proven success leading municipal water infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Create and execute growth strategies for water transmission, distribution, storage, source development, treatment, and utility infrastructure services.
• Build and strengthen relationships with municipal agencies, utility districts, irrigation entities, and other public-sector clients.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction; lead multidisciplinary teams across offices.
