Job summary

Civil Science seeks a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and lead our firmwide water infrastructure practice. You will provide technical leadership, support project delivery, drive business development, and unify water expertise across offices and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in water infrastructure engineering and project management.
• Demonstrated success leading municipal water infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Create and execute growth strategies for water transmission, distribution, storage, source development, treatment, and utility infrastructure services.
• Build and strengthen relationships with municipal agencies, utility districts, irrigation entities, and other public-sector clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor engineers, project managers, and technical specialists.
