Grundfos seeks a Head of Application Solutions, Wastewater Collections, to lead strategy from market analysis to portfolio optimization and business development. You will align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions to municipalities and utilities worldwide, fostering a diverse, inclusive culture and growth.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in application management, business development, or product management.
Experience presenting to executive level management and strong stakeholder influence.

Aufgaben

Develop and coordinate multi-year strategies for Wastewater Collections.
Drive new customer-centric development projects from concept to market launch.
Analyze profit pools, market trends and customer segments to generate actionable insights.
Define and manage the Wastewater Collections portfolio, including lifecycle management and pricing.
Identify growth opportunities across markets and pilot new ideas to market.
Participate in agile ceremonies and support sprint commitments.
Coordinate with cross-divisional stakeholders and enable sales with tools and insights.
