Job summary

GRUNDFOS in the United States is seeking a Head of Application Solutions, Wastewater Collections, to lead the application strategy from market analysis and portfolio optimization to business development and cross-functional alignment. You will drive multi-year plans, coordinate agile processes, and empower sales with tools and insights while pursuing profitability and sustainable water infrastructure.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred with 5-7 years in application management or

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum 5-7 years in application management, business development, or product management.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and managing stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate multi-year strategies for Wastewater Collections (2,5,10-year horizons).
Initiate and drive customer-centric development projects from concept to market launch.
Analyze profit pools, market trends, and customer segments to generate insights.
Define and manage product portfolio, lifecycle, pricing, and margins.
Identify new growth opportunities and pilot innovative ideas from concept to market.
