Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Head of Application Solutions, Wastewater Collections, to lead long-range strategy and business development for global municipalities and utilities. You will align portfolio strategy, drive market opportunities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative wastewater solutions.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, P&L ownership, and a data-driven approach to growth in a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
5–7 years in application management, business development, or product management.
Experience presenting to executive leadership.
Strong stakeholder management and financial planning skills (P&L, KPI).

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate multi-year application strategies for Wastewater Collections.
Initiate and drive customer-centric development projects from concept to market.
Analyze profit pools, market trends, and customer segments.
Define and manage the Wastewater Collections product portfolio including lifecycle, cost, pricing, and margins.
Identify new growth opportunities across markets and business models; pilot ideas from concept to market launch.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies and empower the sales force with tools and insights.
