Job summary

This role collaborates with district staff, leads program implementation, monitors assessments, and provides professional development; travel to sites is required; master's degree and Florida Educational Leadership credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Three years of classroom teaching with supervisory experience.
• Florida Professional Educator Certificate: Educational Leadership, School Principal, or Administration and Supervision.
• Experience with online/virtual education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operation of Hillsborough Virtual School.
• Collaborates with district staff to develop online curriculum and materials.
• Oversees state assessments for virtual students.
• Provides professional development for instructional staff.
• Reviews contracts with curriculum providers.
