Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking an Executive Director to lead Housekeeping, Environmental Services, and Uniform Operations. The role drives strategic direction, people development, and guest experience across multiple departments in a large resort environment.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, staffing models, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain world-class cleanliness and service standards while ensuring safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum eight years in a similar housekeeping or hotel services role.
• Five years of management experience in hotel operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Union agreements and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational performance for Housekeeping, EVS, Laundry, and Uniform departments.
• Manage departmental budgets, including labor and operating expenses.
• Develop policies, procedures, training programs, and staffing models.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Analyze guest feedback and audits to drive improvements.
• Ensure safety and compliance across resort facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments on resort-wide initiatives.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
