Job summary

Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas seeks a PM & Villa Maintenance Lead Engineer to oversee the Tower & Villa Preventative Maintenance program and daily maintenance for luxury Villas. You will lead a team to complete PMs on schedule, uphold high guest room standards, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for room readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel engineering or facilities maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software (HOTSOS preferred).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tower & Villa Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance in Villas and luxury accommodations; ensure guest readiness.
• Lead, train, mentor, and support engineering team members; assign tasks.
• Review and prioritize work orders via HOTSOS or other systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and request materials as needed; respond to urgent issues.
• Assist management with project planning and execution; uphold safety and compliance.
