Luxury Resort Caribbean is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead the villa housekeeping and engineering teams. The role oversees both the Housekeeping Manager and Engineering Manager to maintain the villas at the highest luxury standards for guest readiness.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years as a Director of Housekeeping or Executive Housekeeper in a luxury property, with villa or luxury residence experience and Forbes luxury hotel management background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Director of Housekeeping or Executive Housekeeper in a luxury property.
• Villa or luxury residence experience is essential.
• Forbes luxury hotel management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full villa housekeeping operation, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Supervise the Villa Housekeeping Manager and Villa Engineering Manager with direction and performance oversight.
• Lead asset management across villas, anticipating maintenance needs and protecting the luxury product.
• Collaborate with Engineering on villa condition, preventive maintenance, and defect resolution.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards across villa housekeeping and facilities functions.
