Job summary

EnergyHub seeks a Lead Product Manager to own how we connect with utility systems, including CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS. You will build the integration surface end-to-end and guide API strategy, data model extensions, and onboarding automation, working with internal API teams and external partners to enable value across the grid.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, data science, sales, and client success to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant integrations that drive customer value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software product management experience with ownership of APIs, platforms or integrations.
• Deep utility operations knowledge with CIS and ADMS familiarity.
• Comfort navigating security, compliance and IT governance reviews with clients.
• Track record turning messy requirements into a coherent product plan.
• Direct exposure to utility control room operations, NERC CIP or CIS.
• Experience with API products in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for utility system integrations across CIS, ADMS and Grid DERMS.
• Extend internal APIs outward into a cohesive, high-performance public API surface.
• Drive enrollment automation to onboard customers and DER assets into eligibility systems.
• Accelerate onboarding with developer-friendly APIs, SDKs, guides and datasets.
• Collaborate with platform teams to shape data model extensions for automation.
• Translate complex utility constraints into clear requirements balancing stability and speed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
