Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for containerized command and control architectures. You will drive end-to-end electrical system design for air-transportable, AI-enabled centers, translating CONOPS into robust, scalable hardware solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams across hardware and software domains, with extensive experience in MCU/CPU/FPGA, ECU/LRU design, PCBA development, and ruggedized deployments in austere environments. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years engineering experience designing and deploying electrical products.
• Strategic thinker with ability to define long-term architectural vision.
• Experience with embedded hardware and its architectural implications.
• Experience with full-cycle ECU/LRU electronics design and PCBA design.
• Experience with harnessing design and connector selection.
• Proven track record of releasing products to production and scaling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex electronics projects.
• U.S. Person status required and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end electrical architecture for deployable AI centers and data centers.
• Translate CONOPS into electrical requirements and architecture.
• Bridge Systems and Electrical Engineering for robust, scalable designs.
• Lead prototyping, field testing, and validation through deployments.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, supply chain, and program teams.
• Define module allocations, interfaces, and communications protocols.
• Guide PCB design and harnessing teams to align with overarching architecture.
