Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations- GI to drive end-to-end site activations, partner with sponsors and CROs, and optimize operational performance across a growing GI trial portfolio. You will influence study strategy, activation timelines, and sponsor relationships in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

The role requires 8+ years in sponsor-funded GI trials, deep trial operations knowledge, and strong communication skills; travel up to 30% may be needed across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in Phase II–IV sponsor-funded trials preferred.
Strong background in GI clinical research and trial operations.
Experience partnering with sponsors, CROs, and investigative sites; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end site activations across multiple trials, managing timelines and SLAs.
Lead sponsor/CRO meetings with operational insights and strategic recommendations.
Monitor activation performance and drive process improvements; build dashboards for stakeholders.
