Job summary

Iterative Health seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations- GI to act as a strategic advisor to sponsors, CROs, and sites, translating operational challenges into scalable solutions that accelerate activation timelines and improve patient recruitment.

The role centers on owning and scaling site activation across the organization, ensuring on-time activations within SLAs, and driving measurable impact for clinical trials. Hybrid NYC/Boston setup with global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting Phase II-IV sponsor-funded clinical trials.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, including study startup, feasibility, regulatory, protocol execution, and GCP.
• Experience working with sponsors, CROs, investigative sites, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site activations, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple sites and trials.
• Lead sponsor, CRO, and partner meetings with operational insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor study performance metrics and own activation-specific reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions that improve site activation timelines and study outcomes.
