Job summary

Cyclomedia seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead the US Data Capture and Customer Support teams in Madison,WI. You will own end-to-end delivery of US capture operations, DCR and Pavement, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality imagery delivered to clients.

You will forecast programs, build staffing and equipment models, and serve as the primary client liaison for status, escalations, and adoption of our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of operations management experience.
• 10+ years as a manager/leader in an operational environment.
• Direct client-facing experience, comfortable leading calls and meetings with external clients.
• Strong operational project management skills.
• Experience overseeing field capture, fleet, or large-scale data collection operations is preferred.
• Proactive, able to build structure and process in an early-stage environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the US Data Capture and Customer Support teams, owning day-to-day operations and team development.
• Own capture operations for DCR and Pavement from planning through delivery, meeting schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Plan and forecast capture programs, balancing camera systems, vehicles, drivers, and equipment to keep projects on time.
• Build a flexible pool of people and equipment to absorb seasonal demand and client priorities.
• Act as a direct point of contact for key US clients: lead status calls and handle escalations.
• Run initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs while raising operational maturity.
• Coordinate with Europe and Global DI Operations to align across regions.
• Develop project plans and risk tracking, reporting status and recommendations to leadership.
• Meet budget targets and back recommendations with data.
