Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Vice President / Infrastructure Engineering Lead to spearhead the Transportation Engineering practice across the New York metropolitan area. This executive role oversees major transportation and infrastructure projects, shaping growth for a respected firm.

The candidate will drive technical leadership, business development, and team management, with emphasis on public-sector collaborations and large-scale projects in bridges, highways, rail, and transit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• NY Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of transportation/infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Transportation Engineering practice across the NY metro region.
• Oversee transportation infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, rail, and transit facilities.
• Manage project delivery, staffing, financial performance, and client relationships.
• Mentor engineering staff and support team development.
• Lead proposals, business development efforts, and agency coordination.
