Job summary

The role requires 10+ years of roadway engineering with a NY PE license, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation/Open Roads, and strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 10+ years of roadway engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York State.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation/Open Roads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil design and delivery of capital improvement projects involving roadway, drainage, and utility infrastructure in NYC.
• Coordinate daily communication among internal teams, clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and support engineering staff through technical guidance and oversight.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall coordination to ensure execution.
