• Lead and grow the Structural and Civil Engineering division across multiple offices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Drive strategic growth opportunities in public and private markets
• Oversee budgeting, backlog, utilization, profitability, and staffing
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and plan succession
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions
