JGA Recruitment Group in Washington, DC partners with a purpose-led organisation to appoint a Director of Business Process Transformation. This hybrid role leads a critical function, starting with payroll and redesigning processes, technology and operating models.

You will decide what remains, what is removed, and what moves into Workday, while determining AI-enabled delivery and where human judgment must stay.

Qualifications

• Big-4 or major consulting experience would be particularly relevant.
• Experience with Workday or comparable enterprise HCM/ERP expertise.
• Ability to understand complex payroll processes and AI deployment in business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end redesign of payroll processes, technology and operating model.
• Decide what should remain, what should be removed, and what should move into Workday.
• Identify where AI and intelligent agents can improve delivery while preserving human judgment.
• Extend transformation across wider Finance and HR operations.
