Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a senior leader to own day-to-day central transfer pricing operations and drive transformation through modern data and technology. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with stakeholders to design intercompany arrangements, and govern TP processes across jurisdictions.

You will champion automation, accurate forecasting, and timely compliance while shaping the end-to-end operating model and embedding TP requirements in broader transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of transfer pricing experience, ideally with both Big Four advisory and large multinational in-house experience.
• Significant experience leading operational transfer pricing, reporting, forecasting, and global compliance processes.
• Technical expertise across intercompany services, revenue-sharing arrangements, and other complex intercompany arrangements.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operational processes, including ERP systems and journal entries.
• Proven ability to communicate complex transfer pricing concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead WTW’s global Operational Transfer Pricing function with governance, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to design and govern intercompany arrangements and TP solutions.
• Lead the Group’s global transfer pricing compliance program and support analyses across jurisdictions.
• Manage quarterly transfer pricing reporting and forecasting processes for accurate financial outcomes.
• Translate TP policies into scalable, technology-enabled processes and controls.
• Champion innovation and automated, data-driven improvements in governance and resilience.
• Establish a trusted data environment with robust controls and integrated platforms.
• Enable the team to focus on higher-value activities through workload reduction and automation.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing TP team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
