Job summary

Unity, NY-based, seeks a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join its global tax team. You will report to the Senior Transfer Pricing Manager and help manage global transfer pricing operations, compliance, controversy, and strategic process improvements through simplification and automation.

Key tasks include TP calculations, documentation, and assisting with audits and complex projects. The role emphasizes organization, cross-functional collaboration, and tech-enabled efficiency.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in transfer pricing operations
• Quick learner of technology and systems such as Workday, MS Office, Google Suite, Alteryx, AI
• Experience in a Big 4 and/or publicly traded multinational company focused on transfer pricing and/or international tax

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly transfer pricing calculations, journal entries, and invoicing
• Drive process innovation in transfer pricing operations (quarterly TP calculations, IC invoice creation, IC agreement maintenance)
• Support and manage transfer pricing documentation, including CbCR, with external advisers
• Support tax provision calculations for US GAAP and statutory reporting
• Support global income tax audits, disputes, and controversies
• Assist with special tax projects (M&A, Pillar Two, expense allocation)
