Titan Electric is seeking a Director, Training and Development to design, plan, implement, and continuously improve our company training and talent development programs. You will partner with leaders to assess training needs, develop learning solutions, and ensure resources stay current with Titan’s changing business needs.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor management, and the delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• At least seven (7) years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, organizational development, or related area.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership and interpersonal skill development programs.
• Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platform.
• Experience supporting talent assessment, succession planning, or individual development planning (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Establish annual enterprise training strategy and priorities across all Titan companies and locations.
• Develop career and leadership development paths for foremen, superintendents, project managers, estimators, engineers, and apprentices.
• Manage training budget and investment priorities with company presidents.
• Lead training rollouts for new systems and procedures, including ERP and project management practices.
• Oversee training administration: calendar, enrollment, attendance, records, logistics.
• Administer LMS and related tools: configuration, access, course assignments, support, data integrity, reporting.
• Identify current and future organization-wide training needs with leaders and teams.
• Design and implement instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Facilitate programs for leaders and employees across office and field environments.
• Partner with managers to assess talent and create development plans.
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning with HR and leaders.
• Establish learning objectives and measure impact; report on outcomes.
• Source and manage internal SMEs and external vendors; manage costs/performance.
• Maintain training content library and SOPs; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Build cross-functional relationships and promote continuous learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
