WeGo Public Transit in Nashville, TN seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance of agency facilities and equipment, including passenger facilities and O&M sites. You will lead technicians, manage safety, and ensure service readiness.

The role requires five years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems know-how, plus OSHA/TOSHA compliance and a union environment background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; five years in facilities maintenance incl. two years in lead/supervisory roles
• Related degree, technical certificate, or apprenticeship can substitute for up to two years of experience
• Public transit or public-facility experience and union environment supervision preferred

Responsabilités

• Plan, assign and direct daily work of facilities technicians across multiple sites with safety and service impact in mind
• Execute preventive maintenance across buildings, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems
• Maintain passenger facilities for safety, cleanliness, and accessibility; respond to graffiti and hazards effectively
• Ensure ADA accessibility features are kept functional (elevators, escalators, doors, ramps)
• Coordinate closures with Operations, Customer Care, and Security; maintain barricades and notices
• Oversee shop and yard equipment and fueling systems; coordinate with Fleet Maintenance
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA/TOSHA requirements; conduct safety briefings and incident investigations
• Document work in EAM/CMMS and support TAM and warranty tracking; report KPIs
• Oversee contractor work, procurement, budgeting, and minor projects related to facilities
