Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related field.
• 10 years in healthcare/PBM or related fields; experience in trade or formulary development.
• 7 years in client management or 5 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the Trade Client Relations team.
• Manage a client-facing team and translate rebate strategies into actions.
• Oversee contract analysis and model rebates to create client savings.
• Lead formulary discussions with P&T committees and stakeholders.
