Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the IRC team and oversee rebate strategies with Pharma manufacturers. You will guide contract design for rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion, and work with P&T and Drug Information to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D is preferred.
• MBA or applicable degree or experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Rebate Contractors to support relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Negotiate contracts with respect to rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.
• Provide formulary decision support through cost modeling, rebate forecasting, and budget impact analysis.
• Coordinate with P&T and Drug Information teams.
• Develop strategies to expand high net rebates and discounts.
• Lead, train and develop the Navitus Contractors team.
