Job summary

AEG is seeking a Touring Director in Miami to drive touring revenue and execute CMN's touring strategy. You will identify market opportunities, evaluate risks, and build long-term partnerships with artists, agents, promoters, and venues worldwide.

The role requires a strong track record in touring or live entertainment, exceptional negotiation and financial modeling skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entertainment Management, Music Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in touring, concert promotion, live entertainment, talent buying, event production, artist management, or related industry roles.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and managing profitable touring, promotion, or live entertainment initiatives.
• Experience negotiating artist agreements, tour agreements, co-promotion deals, venue agreements, and related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive touring revenue through owned, co-promoted, and strategic touring opportunities.
• Lead the development and execution of touring strategies that support company growth and profitability objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure touring content, artist partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Assess financial, operational, and market risks associated with touring opportunities and recommend investment strategies.
• Determine where, when, and how the company assumes risk on touring, co-promotion, and event opportunities.
• Develop tour budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
