Job summary

AEG is seeking a Touring Director to drive revenue through owned, co-promoted, and strategic touring opportunities. You will lead the development and execution of touring strategies, build relationships with artists, agents, promoters, and venues, and manage budgets and forecasts.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and financial analysis skills, with fluency in English and Spanish, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entertainment Management, Music Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in touring, concert promotion, live entertainment, talent buying, event production, artist management, or related roles.
• Proven revenue generation and profitability management in touring or live entertainment.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities, financial risk, and market expansion strategies.
• Experience negotiating artist, tour, co-promotion, and venue agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive touring revenue through owned, co-promoted, and strategic opportunities.
• Lead development and execution of touring strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure touring content, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Assess financial, operational, and market risks and suggest investment strategies.
• Negotiate tour agreements, co-promotion deals, artist agreements, and venue contracts.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with artists, agents, managers, promoters, and venues.
• Develop tour budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial models.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, showcases, and networking events.
