You will partner with Touring Managers, venues, artists, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with rider and contract requirements.

This role emphasizes proactive risk management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management or live entertainment operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and events simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of live event operations and touring logistics.
• Experience with show advancing, event execution, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational execution of tours, events, and live engagements.
• Coordinate tour logistics, schedules, travel arrangements, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Support show advancing activities with venues, artists, and production teams.
• Assist with settlements, reconciliations, and documentation.
