Job summary

First National Bank seeks a Director of IT Core Banking and Retail Solutions to lead strategy, execution, and operations for core banking and retail tech platforms in Pittsburgh. Qualifications

• BA or BS in a related field.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Experience with core banking and retail technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for core banking and retail systems.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of core banking and retail applications, including selection, upgrades and retirement.
• Establish and monitor SLAs for availability, processing, data integrity, and customer-facing services.
• Develop and manage budgets for the core banking and retail tech portfolio.
• Lead contract negotiations and vendor performance reviews with third-party providers.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team across functions and locations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across systems and processes.
• Serve as the technology liaison to Retail Banking and Operations executives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support enterprise risk management.
