Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.
• Project management certification required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project/program portfolio management.
• Knowledge of practices, procedures and principles of project management.
• Exposure to financial management including tracking, forecasting and budgets.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, problem-solve and communicate effectively.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolios with significant regulatory oversight.
• Manage portfolio financials and benefits realization analysis.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership and align demand, investment, and risk.
• Lead talent development and mentor Senior Program Directors/Project Managers.
• Develop operating structures, governance, and management disciplines for CIOs and leadership teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of programs across multiple projects.
