Emerson Electric Co. is seeking a Manager, Technical Inside Sales for the Appleton Group.

You will lead a team of technical inside sales professionals, drive quotation development, order execution, customer support, and commercial processes for highly engineered solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Pricing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Sales to deliver accurate, timely, and technically sound solutions while improving efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Technical Inside Sales, Quotations, or related technical role.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong technical aptitude for engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Inside Sales organization with KPI oversight.
• Ensure accurate, timely technical solutions across quotation and order lifecycle.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex technical and commercial challenges.
• Drive process improvements and standardize workflows for scalability.
• Provide dashboards, forecasting and analysis to support growth and change initiatives.
