Job summary

Atrium is seeking an experienced, client-facing leader to head the Talent Tech team. You will guide clients through evaluating VMS, FMS, and Direct Sourcing platforms, aligning with their tech stack and workforce strategy.

You will own partnerships across the technology ecosystem, negotiate pricing at a strategic level, and support Atrium’s account teams on platform functionality and issue resolution. Hybrid, Holmdel NJ onsite.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in contingent workforce or extended workforce tech
• Experience with vendor pricing discussions and negotiations

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative, tech-agnostic guidance on VMS/FMS/Direct Sourcing platforms
• Develop executive-ready platform comparisons and recommendations
• Lead and coach direct reports to scale the practice
• Collaborate with clients through solution design to implementation and adoption
• Represent Atrium at industry events and with vendor partners
