Job summary

Uniswap Labs in New York is seeking a Head of Talent to define long-term talent strategy, lead the recruiting organization, and partner with leaders to hire engineers, designers and operators who will build the next wave of products.

The role requires 10+ years in recruiting with at least 3+ years leading teams in a fast-growing tech environment, plus strong data-driven decision making and experience with workforce planning and compensation design.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience including leadership of recruiting teams
• Experience hiring senior engineering, product, design, and business talent in competitive markets
• Experience with long-term workforce planning, org design and talent strategy
• Strong judgment advising leaders on hiring strategy, role design, leveling and compensation

Responsibilities

• Own Uniswap Labs’ long-term talent strategy and workforce plan with executive leadership
• Scale the recruiting team and build proactive pipelines through sourcing and talent mapping
• Oversee interviewing processes, compensation design, onboarding and first day experience
