Job summary

Uniswap Labs seeks a Head of Talent to define the long-term talent strategy and build a world-class recruiting function. You will lead the recruiting team, partner with the executive team to hire engineers, designers and operators, and drive workforce planning, org design and compensation alignment for a fast‑growing crypto tech company.

You will stay hands-on with senior searches, shape talent development, and build proactive pipelines across engineering, product, design and business roles

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience leading recruiting teams and hands-on involvement in senior searches.
• Experience with long-term workforce planning, org design and talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term talent strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
• Lead the recruiting team and partner with leaders to hire engineers, designers and operators.
• Own workforce planning, headcount, org design and compensation discussions with leadership.
• Develop and implement candidate experience, pipeline development and sourcing strategies.
• Build and scale the recruiting function, staying hands-on with key searches.
• Track metrics on pipeline, speed, quality and cost to continuously improve hiring.

Job description

• We are looking for a Head of Talent to build and lead how Uniswap Labs finds, hires and develops great people
• You will define the long-term talent strategy, lead the recruiting team, and partner with leadership to hire the engineers, designers and operators who build what comes next
• Own Uniswap Labs’ long-term talent strategy and workforce plan, working with the executive team on priorities, headcount, org design and timing
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on role scoping, leveling and compensation
• Set a high, consistent hiring bar and keep it as we grow
• Work with team leads on internal talent development: career paths, promotions, mobility and succession for key roles
• Help shape how we assess performance and growth
• Build, mentor, and scale the recruiting team, from in-house recruiters and coordinators
• Stay close to the work: take on key searches yourself, including senior and hard-to-fill roles
• Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping and relationships across engineering, product, design within and beyond the industry
• Run a candidate experience that is fast, clear and respectful, from first call through offer and close
• Own recruiting operations: our ATS and tooling, interview process, interviewer training and scheduling
• Track pipeline, speed, quality and cost, and use the data to improve how we hire
• Work with other team leads on leveling, compensation, onboarding and a smooth first day for every new hire
