Job summary

Uniswap Labs in New York is seeking a Head of Talent to define and execute our long-term talent strategy. You will lead recruiting, partner with leadership to hire engineers, designers, and operators, and build a scalable team that supports rapid growth.

You’ll drive workforce planning, role design, and compensation decisions, while maintaining a high hiring bar and ensuring a fast, respectful candidate experience. This role is located at our SoHo office in New York.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience.
• 3+ years leading recruiting teams in a fast-growing tech company.
• Experience hiring senior engineering, product, design, and business talent.
• Experience with long-term workforce planning and org design.
• Strong judgment advising leaders on hiring strategy, role design and compensation.
• Experience supporting internal talent development alongside recruiting.
• Comfort with data: set metrics and act on pipeline insights.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Uniswap Labs' long-term talent strategy and workforce plan with executives.
• Advise leaders on role scoping, leveling and compensation.
• Build, mentor, and scale the recruiting team.
• Shape talent development, career paths, promotions, mobility and succession.
• Run a fast, respectful candidate experience from first call to offer.
• Own recruiting operations: ATS, interview processes, scheduling.
• Track pipeline, speed, quality and cost to improve hiring.
• Coordinate with leaders on leveling, compensation, onboarding and first-day experience.
