SuperDial, a healthcare voice AI company, seeks a Head of Talent to shape hiring strategy and culture as it scales after Series B. You will partner with founders and executives to build a robust talent function across AI engineering, healthcare operations, and enterprise sales.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, drive workforce planning, sourcing, and offers for senior roles, establish scalable hiring systems, and strengthen employer branding while coordinating with finance on compensation to

Qualifikationen

8+ years of talent acquisition experience.
Background in high-growth startups.
Experience recruiting technical talent in AI and healthcare domains.
Ability to build and lead a recruiting team.
Strong operational skills and scalable hiring mindset.
Partner effectively with founders and executives on hiring strategy and culture.
