SuperDial is seeking a Head of Talent to architect and lead the recruiting engine for a fast-growing healthcare AI company. You will own workforce planning, employer branding, and closing critical hires, sitting with founders and leadership to shape the team and pace of hiring.

You will build structured interview processes, implement sourcing strategies, and partner with finance on compensation and equity to ensure competitive offers and rapid growth while maintaining parity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent acquisition leadership at a high-growth startup.
• Track record of closing exceptional technical talent, including AI/ML engineers.
• Extensive candidate network and proactive outreach.
• Ability to hire across AI, enterprise sales and healthcare operations.
• Strong closing instincts and competitive offer shaping.
• Fluent in compensation and equity discussions.
• Operational rigor in data-driven recruiting and process design.
• Ability to scale recruiting to match business growth.
