Hike Medical in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Talent to build recruiting from the ground up as we scale. You will own hiring across engineering, AI, product, operations, manufacturing, and leadership, shaping the recruiting philosophy and interview quality.

You'll partner with founders to set hiring priorities, design org structure, and create a scalable recruiting engine that attracts exceptional people to join us on our mission at the intersection of AI, robotics, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience building recruiting functions in fast-growing startups.
• Ability to hire across engineering, AI, product, GTM, operations, manufacturing, and leadership.
• Proven track record in executive and difficult searches.
• Strong sourcing and interview process design skills.

Responsabilités

• Own company-wide hiring across engineering, AI, product, GTM, operations, clinical, manufacturing, and leadership
• Partner with founders on hiring priorities, org design, and hiring plans based on milestones
• Lead executive and difficult searches
• Build sourcing strategies and structured interview processes that prioritize signal
• Build recruiting infrastructure, operations, training, and analytics
• Improve offer acceptance and candidate experience while maintaining an exceptional talent bar
• Make Hike a company exceptional people want to join
