Job summary

MP Materials Corp. is seeking a Director, Talent, Learning & Organizational Development in Las Vegas, NV.

This leader will shape talent strategies across the employee lifecycle, building scalable frameworks to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires aligning talent and learning initiatives with business priorities, partnering with HR and business leaders, and delivering measurable improvements in engagement and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; advanced degree and HR certs preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with Talent Management, Learning, and/or Organizational Development focus.
• Experience designing and implementing performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Experience leading enterprise talent programs in a growing organization.
• Strong leadership, change management, and data-driven decision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end talent lifecycle including performance management, talent assessment, and development.
• Designs and improves end-to-end performance management processes.
• Partners with leaders to strengthen goal clarity, feedback, and performance conversations.
• Leads enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Establishes talent analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Delivers manager and leadership development strategies to strengthen leadership capability.
• Drives organizational change and aligns learning with business priorities.
• Provides coaching frameworks and supports early talent programs (interns, co-ops).
• Measures effectiveness of learning programs and manages external learning partners.
