Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to align talent practices with business needs, focusing on high-potential development, succession planning, and talent reviews across the organization.

The role will partner with senior leaders to build leadership capability, develop engagement metrics, and inform executive decision-making on people development strategies and bench strength.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 9+ years related experience in learning and development or organizational development, instructional design, training, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect strategy to talent solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication at executive levels.
• Experience with learning technologies and software (LMS, Vimeo, Camtasia, Storyline, surveys).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement organizational talent review processes.
• Facilitate talent review meetings with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish a talent review evaluation process with clear metrics.
• Drive top-talent development initiatives and executive leadership development.
• Design innovative development experiences and governance for leadership outcomes.
• Lead enterprise-wide succession planning and monitor readiness.
• Analyze talent and leadership metrics to inform decisions and strategy.
• Deliver leadership coaching and create individualized development plans.
• Lead organizational development workshops and change initiatives.
• Administer leadership assessments including 360s and other diagnostics.
