In this role you will lead HR initiatives, partner across functions, and guide complex employee-relations matters, ensuring policy alignment and successful change programs that support business priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience providing expert HR leadership and business partnership across complex organizational environments.
• Experience planning and managing resources to deliver HR initiatives and strategic projects.
• Excellent communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders clearly.
• Advanced HR data collection, analysis, and reporting for workforce planning and engagement.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and policy application.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and act as a trusted business partner.
• Identify, design, and implement HR frameworks across recruitment, performance, development, succession, compensation, benefits, diversity, onboarding, offboarding, and retention.
• Provide specialist HR advice to senior managers to support policy implementation and change initiatives.
• Develop and deliver projects within broader change management programs.
• Analyze HR data and test hypotheses to identify root causes of challenges and opportunities.
• Investigate and manage complex employee relations matters and coordinate responses to legal submissions.
• Design and deliver strategic workforce planning analyses and resourcing scenarios.
• Develop policies and HR data management solutions aligned with business objectives.
